Course Description

In this course you will learn how to put your users first in order to design solutions according to their needs. Explore how entrepreneurship and innovation were built in other successful cases in the health sector.

This course seeks to ground theoretical concepts to the reality of your own company, this is how you will apply Design Research methodologies, Insights, Journey Mapping, Prototyping and the whole philosophy of Human Centered Design so that you leave the course with a new idea ready to be implemented.
