In aesthetic treatment of patients over 50, the key is not just filling—but repositioning facial structures that have descended over time due to gravity and ligament laxity. At CIME Academy, our instructors will show you in detail how to approach a comprehensive feminine beautification in a 51-year-old patient using Aliaxin Superior Volume and Aliaxin Essential Volume to achieve a harmonious facial redefinition.

Temple: The Forgotten Starting Point

Many patients hesitate to treat the temple due to cost, but it’s a crucial area for restoring lateral tension in the upper third of the face and enhancing eyebrow projection. Here, half a vial is applied per side, and it’s considered the first step in the strategy due to its immediate aesthetic value.

Zygomatic Arch: Precise Ligament Restoration

The zygomatic suture is palpated to locate the malar retaining ligament, which becomes displaced with aging. The technique involves injecting just in front of the ligament, acting as a "stop" to return it to its original position. The result is a more projected cheekbone and a visible reduction in soft tissue sagging.

Beautification Point: Convex, Natural, and Elegant

Located between the tragus-lateral brow line, this point requires a small amount of filler (hyaluronic acid) to increase zygomatic convexity. Its visual impact is dramatic: it improves the light-shadow transition and creates a slimming effect on the face—without the need for aggressive treatments.

Lateral Arch and Volume Blending

The lateral end of the zygomatic arch is treated with 0.1 cc to soften and connect previous volumes. The molding creates a linear “implant” effect that unifies the structure all the way to the hairline.

Results with Aliaxin Essential Volume: Top to Bottom

Even using only Aliaxin Essential Volume in these four points, you can already see:

  • Eyebrow and lateral eye lift
  • Reduction of under-eye hollows and infraorbital puffiness
  • Improved jawline contour
  • Fewer dynamic wrinkles
  • A more balanced, attractive smile

Jawline with Aliaxin Superior Volume: Structural Redefinition

Aliaxin Superior Volume is the ideal filler for the mandibular angles thanks to its high cross-linking and lifting capacity (G').
Dr. Manuel Rubio injects 0.3 cc directly on the bone, following aspiration for safety. He then molds it with his fingers into a feminine anatomical “L” shape (94–100°), achieving a perfectly defined angle.

Pre-jowl Sulcus: Mandibular Integration

Through tension and skin pinching, the mandibular retaining ligament is located. Treating this area completes the alignment of the mandibular border, eliminating depressions and improving continuity with the chin.

Conclusion

This approach not only transforms the face—it also educates the patient on how modern aesthetics go beyond simple "filling." It’s a structural strategy, with anatomical logic, progressive application, and visible results from the first session.
